MEMBERSHIP TYPES

A. For individual Residential members.

B. For members who want to run a business in our community such as  stores, schools, hospitals etc.

C. For corporate entities that want to do commercial and industries that want to engage in business with AEC

such as contractors, construction suppliers and other service providers.

 

MEMBERSHIP FEES

A. RESIDENTIAL MEMEBRSHIP

I. One time non-refundable registration fee

 - Gh1,500 for Ghanaians

- $150 for non Ghanaians  

 

II.  Annual non-refundable Membership Fee

-Ghc3,500 for Ghanaians

-$400 for Non-Ghanaians

 

B. COMMERCIAL MEMBERSHIP

I. One time non - refundable registration fee

 - Gh2,500 for Ghanaians

 -$250 for non Ghanaians  

 

II.  Annual  non-refundable Membership Fee

-Ghc4,500 for Ghanaians

-$450 for Non-Ghanaians

 

B. INDUSTRIAL MEMBERSHIP

I. One time non-refundable registration fee

 - Gh3,500 for Ghanaian Companies

 -$350 for non foreign Companies  

 

II.  Annual  Nonrefundable Membership Fee

-Ghc5,000 for Ghanaian companies

-$500 for foreign companies;

A. Residential members

1. Registration: 

Pay a one-time non-refundable registration 

 

2. Membership Fee: 

Choose a membership type and pay the corresponding non-refundable fee annual membership fee.

Commissioned sales & marketing opportunities are offered to every member. We offer half a plot for every 4 or one plot for every 8 plots sold.
